  1. 12 ounces roasted pork loin virtually 1 1/2 cups, cut into julienne strips
  2. 1 head Boston lettuce OR bibb lettuce
  3. 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  4. 1/4 pound feta cheese unconditional
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
  8. 1 teaspoon dried tarragon crumbled
  9. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  10. 1/4 pound Nicoise olives
  11. 1/4 pound Nicoise olives
  12. 6 ounces oil
  13. black olives

  1. Wash lettuce and dry with paper towels. Arrange lettuce in shallow serving bowl. Wash and dry tomatoes and remove stems. Cut feta cheese into small cubes.
