Put a new spin a much-loved favourite with this upside-down hot chocolate.

The ingredient of Upside down hot chocolate

  1. 300ml thickened cream
  2. 1/4 cup (60ml) Baileys Irish Cream (optional)
  3. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  4. 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  5. 4 cups (1L) milk
  6. 200g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  7. 2 tablespoons Coles Choc Fudge Sprinkles

The instruction how to make Upside down hot chocolate

  1. Combine the cream, Baileys, if using, cocoa powder and icing sugar in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to whisk until soft peaks form.
  2. Combine the milk and white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir for 5 mins or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through.
  3. Pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs. Top with the cream mixture and sprinkles. Serve immediately.
