The ingredient of Chocolate fudge brownies

  1. oil spray
  2. 150g plain flour
  3. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  4. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 60g reduced fat oil spread, melted
  6. 220g brown sugar
  7. 2 medium eggs
  8. 185ml apple sauce
  9. 2 teaspoons vanilla bean extract
  10. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, for dusting

The instruction how to make Chocolate fudge brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 180u02daC. Lightly spray a 20cm square cake tin with oil and line the base and sides with baking paper.
  2. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl. Whisk the spread, sugar, eggs, apple sauce and vanilla in a bowl until combined. Stir into the flour mixture until just combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes or until moist crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre of the brownie. Stand for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Cut into 16 squares. Dust with the extra cocoa.
