The ingredient of White chocolate & mango muffins

  1. 2 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  2. 1/2 cup soft brown sugar
  3. 3/4 cup white choc chips
  4. 440g canned mango, diced
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/4 cup cream
  7. 90g melted butter
  8. 1 egg, lightly beaten

The instruction how to make White chocolate & mango muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease muffin tray.
  2. Mix flour, brown sugar and choc pieces together. Add milk, butter, cream and egg. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Gently fold in diced mango pieces. Spoon into muffin tray, lightly dust with cinnamon if desired.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Cool on wire rack.
