  2. 1/2 cup caster sugar
  3. 2 cups plain flour
  4. 1/3 cup rice flour
  5. 3 teaspoons MasterFoodsu00ae All Spice Ground
  6. 1/2 cup NESTLu00c9 BAKERS CHOICE Cocoa

The instruction how to make Chocolate shortbread fingers

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease and line base and sides of a 28cm x 18cm, base measurement, slice pan with non stick baking paper.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl with electric beaters until pale. Sift in flours, all spice and cocoa, then beat slowly until just combined. Bring together with hands until well combined and smooth. Press firmly into base of prepared pan and level top. Prick all over with a fork. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Bake shortbread for 30 minutes or until just firm to touch at the centre. While its still hot, use a knife to score it into 16 fingers. Cool in pan. Remove shortbread from pan and cut along score lines into 16 fingers. Serve.
