The ingredient of White chocolate and raspberry muffins

  1. 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
  2. 2/3 cup caster sugar
  3. 100g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate, chopped
  4. 1 egg, beaten
  5. 1/2 sour cream
  6. 1/3 milk
  7. 100g butter, melted
  8. 1 cup fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries

The instruction how to make White chocolate and raspberry muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 200C. Line a 8-cup muffin pan with large paper muffin cases.
  2. Sift flour into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and chopped white chocolate.
  3. Whisk together egg, sour cream, milk and melted butter, add to flour mixture and stir until just combined (dont over-mix). Cently fold in the rapberries.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cases and bake for 25 -30 minutes, until golden and just firm in the centre.
