  2. 250g pkt savoiardi (sponge finger biscuits)
  3. 300g pkt frozen raspberries
  4. 200g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  5. 90g (1/4 cup) honey
  6. 2 tablespoons hot water
  7. 2 tablespoons demerara sugar
  8. Thick custard, to serve

The instruction how to make Raspberry & chocolate brown betty

  1. Preheat oven to 180u00b0C. Brush a 1.5L (6-cup) capacity ovenproof dish with melted butter to grease. Use your hands to crush the biscuits. Spread one-third of the biscuit over the base of the prepared dish. Top with half the raspberries and half the chocolate. Layer with half the remaining biscuit, and the remaining raspberries and chocolate. Top with the remaining biscuit.
  2. Combine the honey and water in a jug. Drizzle the biscuit mixture with honey mixture. Top with demerara sugar. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve with custard.
