The ultimate winter treat - a creamy coconut hot chocolate, made with rich dark chocolate and topped with a crunchy Arnotts Kingston biscuit for dunking.

  1. 400ml milk
  2. 100g good-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
  3. 50g sachet coconut milk powder
  4. 1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
  5. Whipped cream, to serve
  6. Toasted flaked coconut, to serve
  7. Chocolate sauce, to serve
  8. 2 Arnottu2019s Kingston biscuits

The instruction how to make Kingston hot chocolate

  1. Heat milk, chocolate, coconut milk powder and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly for 3 minutes or until melted and almost to the boil (do not boil).
  2. Strain the milk mixture into 2 mugs and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with flaked coconut, drizzle with chocolate sauce and top each with a Kingston biscuit.
