What can be better on a cold winter night than dipping fresh fruit and nuts into warm chocolate fondue? The only problem that might arise is who gets to lick the bowl at the end.

The ingredient of Chocolate fondue

  1. 1 x 250g good-quality milk chocolate, finely chopped
  2. 80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream
  3. 4 fresh figs, cut in half
  4. 8 large fresh strawberries
  5. 125g (3/4 cup) whole macadamia nuts

The instruction how to make Chocolate fondue

  1. Place the chocolate and cream in the bowl of a fondue set. Light the burner and stir the chocolate mixture until melted and smooth (see microwave tip).
  2. Serve chocolate fondue with the figs, strawberries and macadamia nuts.
