  2. 150ml pouring cream

The instruction how to make Chocolate ganache

  1. Place dark chocolate melts in a heatproof bowl. Bring cream just to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour the cream over chocolate. Set aside for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Set aside until set.
