The ingredient of Chocolate fudge

  1. 300g dark cooking chocolate
  2. 200ml sweetened condensed milk
  3. 6 drops vanilla essence

The instruction how to make Chocolate fudge

  1. Pour condensed milk into a saucepan and add chocolate and vanilla essence. Melt over a moderate heat and stir until chocolate has completely melted.
  2. Line a tin with greaseproof paper and then pour in the mixture.
  3. Place in the fridge for four hours and then cut into squares.
  4. Store in fridge in greaseproof paper, after two days fudge will be nice and firm.
