  1. 6 egg whites
  2. 1 1/2 cups caster sugar
  3. 4 tablespoons NESTLu00c9 BAKERS CHOICE Cocoa
  4. 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  5. 300ml thickened cream
  6. 300g frozen mixed berries, thawed

The instruction how to make Chocolate pavlova

  1. Preheat oven to 120C (fan forced). Draw a 20cm circle with a marking pan onto baking paper, place on a baking tray.
  2. Whip egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add caster sugar, beat for 10 minutes or until all sugar is dissolved. Fold in sifted cocoa and white vinegar.
  3. Spread mixture evenly with a spoon onto prepared circle, place tray in prepared oven. Bake for 75 minutes or until top is hard, turn off oven and leave pavlova to cool in oven with door ajar.
  4. Once pavlova is cool, top with whipped thickened cream and defrosted mixed berries, for an additional touch drizzle with melted dark chocolate or a fruit sauce.
