The ingredient of Mocha hot chocolate

  1. 6 CADBURY Fingers Milk Chocolate biscuits
  2. 30g CADBURY Baking Real Dark Chocolate Melts, melted
  3. 1/4 cup (25g) CADBURY Drinking Chocolate
  4. 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  5. 1 tablespoon boiling water
  6. 2 cups (500ml) milk
  7. Whipped cream, to serve
  8. PASCALL Pink & White Marshmallows, to serve
  9. Chocolate fudge topping, to serve

The instruction how to make Mocha hot chocolate

  1. Use a sharp knife to finely chop 2 of the biscuits. Dip the rims of heatproof serving glasses in melted chocolate. Press chopped biscuit onto the chocolate.
  2. Place the drinking chocolate, coffee granules and water in a small saucepan. Stir until a smooth paste forms. Add the milk and cook over medium-high heat, stirring, for 2-3 mins or until almost boiling. Remove from heat.
  3. Divide the milk mixture between the glasses. Top with cream, marshmallows and chocolate topping. Decorate with remaining biscuits.
