  3. 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  4. 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  5. 45g unsalted butter

  1. To make the glaze topping, place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients are well combined, smooth and glossy.
