The ingredient of Chocolate & Grand Marnier raisin trifle jars

  1. 3 oranges
  2. 1/3 cup Sunbeam Raisins
  3. 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  4. 200g bought unfilled chocolate sponge cake, broken into chunks
  5. 2 cups custard
  6. 1/3 cup Sunbeam Flaked Almonds, toasted

The instruction how to make Chocolate & Grand Marnier raisin trifle jars

  1. Segment the oranges over a bowl to catch the juice. Set aside the segments. Add the Sunbeams raisins and Grand Marnier to the orange juice. Stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide half the sponge between four 2 cup (500ml) capacity mason jars. Top with half the segments, the raisins and soaking liquid. Spoon over half the custard. Repeat with the remaining sponge, segments, raisins and soaking liquid and custard. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve sprinkled with almonds.
