Rich and creamy hot chocolate is back on the vegan menu! You can use any type of dairy-free milk – soy, rice and oat milk will all work well.

The ingredient of Vegan hot chocolate

  1. 500ml (2 cups) almond milk
  2. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted, plus extra to serve
  3. 50g dairy-free vegan milk chocolate, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons cornflour, sifted
  6. Coconut yoghurt, to serve
  7. Toasted flaked coconut, to serve
  8. Original Oreou2019s, halved, to serve (see notes)

The instruction how to make Vegan hot chocolate

  1. Place milk, cocoa, chocolate, sugar and cornflour in a saucepan. Stir, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until smooth. Mixture should thicken slightly.
  2. Pour hot chocolate into two glasses. Top with coconut yoghurt, flaked coconut and serve with an oreo biscuit.
