For the perfect after-dinner delight try these easy chocolate truffles made with cream cheese, dark chocolate, chopped walnuts and shredded coconut.

  1. 250g Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  2. 225g Cadbury Melts Real Dark Chocolate
  3. Chopped walnuts, to decorate
  4. Cadbury Bournville Cocoa, to decorate
  5. Shredded coconut, to decorate

The instruction how to make Easy chocolate truffles

  1. Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate melts in the microwave following packet directions. Add to the cream cheese and stir until well combined. Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  3. Spread walnuts, cocoa powder and coconut over separate plates. Roll 2 teaspoons portions of the chocolate mixture into balls, then roll in nuts, cocoa powder or coconut to coat. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
